Our Screening Process
To ensure candidates meet and exceed our strict standards, DayBreak has developed a unique set of testing modules designed to accurately gauge an applicant's technical proficiency in all competencies of the most current versions of word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software packages used by our clients today. Our proprietary "Proctored Testing System" enables us to simulate our clients' office environment through an interactive session that measures software knowledge and proficiency along with their ability to perform under pressure. After our technical assessment we conduct an extensive interview to determine experience, presentation, professionalism, long term goals and availability. Finally, we conduct a background check which will include at least 3 professional references.
Our process is designed to present our clients with the most qualified, responsible, professional, presentable candidates available and to provide rigorous, realistic evaluations of our applicant pool. |
