Cathy Herring, Esq., Managing Director-Legal / Compliance, has been a member of the staffing industry for ten years. She has worked in the areas of Legal, Compliance, Finance and IT. Cathy, an Attorney herself, who practiced as a Litigator prior to beginning a stellar career in the staffing industry, brings a unique understanding to the goals of both candidates and client firms alike, as she spearheads DayBreak's professional search team. Cathy’s experience in building and running a Legal & Compliance Division, from the sales/marketing side to the candidate search side has garnered the respect recruiting professionals she works with internally as well as those clients and candidates she represents on behalf of DayBreak..
