Referral Award Program

Since our best source of top-notch people comes from people already working with us, DayBreak Staffing encourages its employees to refer qualified candidates to us for employment through our Referral Award Program. As an incentive, DayBreak will pay a bonus to employees who refer individuals who are ultimately hired by our client(s) for either a temporary, temp-to-hire or direct hire position. The bonus will be paid after the referred individual either performs well on a temporary or temp-to-hire basis, for a minimum of 70 hours or, is hired by a client for a direct hire / permanent scenario. Both the new employee and the employee making the referral must be employed at the time the bonus award is paid.
