Legal Secretary

Advanced proficiency with most current version of ms word/office
Advanced formatting and styles creation and manipulation
TOC (table of contents)
TOA (table of authorities)
Proficiency with document management software (pc docs, imanage)
Dictaphone and/or steno (a plus)
Junior Legal Secretary
Type 50 wpm
Proficiency with most current version of ms word/office

Word Processing Center Operator

Paralegal
Shepardizing documents (organizing documents, making sure all documents are numbered and accounted for, tracking them through their use cycle) pulling and numbering documents. Assisting with research, contacting appropriate resources, follow up on assigned projects. Proficiency with research tools such as lexis/nexis and/or westlaw. Certification, bachelors or equivalent experience required.
