In a recent survey, 60% of respondents said it was “very important” to be “working for an organization where their voice can be heard.”
Everyone is adapting and evolving in this post pandemic work environment, and The Great Resignation is real. However, employers who are evolving and creating a supportive and open workplace are not struggling at all. Making sure employees are heard, valued and appreciated could be the difference in attracting and maintaining talented individuals.
