Training & Staff Engagement Specialist- Law Firm- 3-5 years experience

Our client, a progressive mid-sized firm, is seeking a highly motivated, constituent-facing individual with a law firm background in IT and HR to serve as its Training & Staff Engagement Specialist. The ideal candidate brings approximately three years of experience in a law firm environment and will design, deliver, and maintain technology training for attorneys and staff while supporting onboarding, documentation, and select HR development initiatives. In this position, you will conduct group and one-on-one training across all firm applications; create and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, and LMS content; lead all technology onboarding for new hires; and serve as the first point of contact for training requests and follow-ups. Compensation includes salary of $75K to $90K plus discretionary bonus plus an excellent benefits package. Bachelor’s degree required. Microsoft certification required. Other IT software certifications are preferred. This is a unique and foundational opportunity with a progressive, forward-thinking firm at the forefront of what tomorrow’s law firms should look like.
