What type of clients do you work with?

Law firms make up the majority of our clients, however, we do have many clients in the financial services, non-profit, entertainment, and cultural arts industry.

What type of roles do you work on?

We fill various roles from clerical, reception, and administrative to professional management roles.

How do you source your job candidates?

Referrals are always our favorite, social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and our respective networks of professionals.

What kind of testing/background search do you do on the candidates you submit?

Depends on the client and their needs, we can enhance our screening based on your needs. At a minimum, we meet EVERY SINGLE candidate in person, have an extensive interview with them and check references as necessary. We have partnered with the world’s leading employment background screening company to meet the needs of our clients.

Do you do “temp to perm” hires?

Definitely. “Trying” a temp out before offering a full-time opportunity is very popular. We do temp, direct full-time opportunities and temp to perm hires.
