Our proprietary “Proctored Testing System” enables us to simulate our clients’ office environment through an interactive session. Our assessment allows us to measure software knowledge, proficiency and speed, along with a candidate’s ability to perform under pressure. After our technical assessment we conduct an extensive group interview among our counselors to assess experience, presentation, professionalism, long term goals and availability of candidates.
