Our client, a nonprofit that provides comprehensive support services, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team, supporting the Executive Director. This position also manages the office environment for the organization and requires a minimum of five years of experience supporting a leader while managing support staff, preferably in a nonprofit or small business.
The deal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be comfortable with various forms of technology. In addition to maintaining and monitoring email correspondence, this position requires initiative to monitor and administer office setting and other various secretarial duties.
This client facing role will be assisting and directing the clients and guests, responding to email inquiries, answering phones, creating and editing documents and correspondence. This is a temp-to-perm role and when it goes permanent compensation includes salary of $52K plus an excellent benefits package.
