As Legal Talent Manager for a mid-sized, progressive, litigation powerhouse firm, this highly visible role is responsible for the implementation, management, administration, and communication of attorney recruitment functions of the firm. Dynamically experienced candidates with five to ten years of measurable experience as a legal recruiting manager or legal talent manager in a peer size (200 attorney) or Big Law firm, must show significant abilities to interact within and outside of department structure, with key stakeholders and constituencies, to be considered.

This role is responsible for the design and execution of appropriate programs and processes in support of effective and efficient attorney recruitment, selection and hiring; It will work closely with the CTO, hiring partners and the firms’ hiring committees to analyze recruitment efforts and, as appropriate, recommend changes to ensure all processes are executed timely and are effective.

In addition, overall responsibility for the recruitment from/of law schools, Judicial Clerks, lateral attorneys, staff attorneys, and foreign interns. Ideal candidate will propose and implement strategy for law student outreach including building and maintaining relationships with law school career services and student groups. This role will manage all aspects of on-campus recruiting, including reviewing resumes, making candidate selections, communicating with career services offices and managing program logistics.

Bachelor’s degree required. Compensation (155K-195K+) is experience dependent and includes robust employee benefits program. A flexible problem solver who is self-directed, customer service oriented, and collaborative, with strong project management skills, including the ability to take complete ownership of designing and executing recruiting programs is ideal for this position.
